Rates

Summer (Memorial day weekend [end of May] - Labor Day [beginning of Sept]): $295/night, $1900/wk
Winter (Nov/1 - Mar/14): $195/night, $1150/wk, $2300/month
Spring/Fall: $235/night, $1490/wk, $2500/month
near Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving/Xmas/New Years): $50 extra/night and 4 night minimum
near Summer Holidays (4th of July/Labor Day/Memorial Day): $50 extra/night
Three (3) night minimum payment.

$200 deposit required for all rentals.
Full payment due 6 weeks before start of stay, or 4 weeks before each month of a multi-month stay
Checks, CC, paypal ok for payment.
Credit Card needed before rental (for leasee damages).

Policies and Rental Agreements

The purpose of the agreements are to make sure that you understand what the process is for reserving and renting our home. These are flexible in that we can change them before you sign them.

3. Pay the $200 reservation deposit by credit card (then you are officially reserved)

4. Print, sign and fax the agreements to us within a couple days: 888-636-2305
5. Pay the remainder of the rent 6 weeks before you check-in, we can do a credit card on the phone or a personal check if I already have your credit card on file.
