Summer (Memorial day weekend - Labor Day): $295/night, $1900/wk
Winter (Nov/1 - Mar/14): $195/night, $1150/wk
Spring/Fall: $235/night, $1490/wk
near Holidays (Thanksgiving/Xmas/New Years/4th of July/Labor Day/Memorial Day): $50 extra/night
Three (3) night minimum payment.
$200 deposit via credit card required for all reservations. Checks, CC, paypal ok for payment.
Policies and Rental Agreements
The purpose of
the agreements are to make sure that you understand what the process is for reserving and renting our home. These are flexible in that we can change them before you sign them.

5. Pay the remainder of the rent 6 weeks before you check-in, we can do a credit card on the phone or a personal check if I already have your credit card on file.
